An alar was suddenly going off on my computer.. A phone no. Appears saying they can fix the problem. They were already in my computer. $299.00 later they said it would take up to 24 hours to fix problem. In conversation with my wife who was traveling, she advised I call them back and ask for my money back as you have 72 hours to change decision on a purchase. They agreed to refund my money back but did not after several days. Disputed with my bank. Now, 3 months later my bank advises that viper marketing will not respond to them. I called may 16th and spoke with sonny who says he remembers the situation and that I needed to talk with my bank as they did credit me.
