My first very bad experience with buying things online.
I payed for a pair of shoes (my 30th birthday present).
I payed online and received no confirmation e-mail about my order. After two weeks I wrote them an email. It took them 3 weeks to write me back this (dear,so sorry,you have not paid the order, sincerely). But the payment was succesful. I was totally angry and mad to read that. I sent them an email yesterday with a copy of my bank account. How come that they are from Beijing? I thought that my shoes will be from the UK, as they presented.
Horrible experience...No money, no shoes...nothing. Be glad that you received at least something...:-)
