I bought a product that never get downloaded and the company keeps sending me emails some how my order has been submitted and it is awaiting payment. I received the email 3 times now even after I canceled the purchase. When I make the call everybody is pretending that he can't hear me. My concern is are they selling the information of the credit cards?
