A voice message from a Alex Ferguson was left on my home phone stating that this was a notice from the US Treasury Dept Magistrate Judge of the Grand Jury and to call back at 323.729.3672. stating there were serious legal consequences that I was facing. When I called this number, a man who called himself Alan Page, Fed ID #1507, said he was Alex Ferguson's supervisor. He wanted to know if I received form CB503 from the IRS stating that I had misfiled my 2012 taxes and that I owed $4,735.28 (very specific) including late payment and serving fees. I said I had not and that I had an accountant that filed my taxes. He said the notification would have gone to him. I asked when and was told 3 weeks prior.
He said I would have to handle this immediately before I hung up or a warrant officer would be sent to my address to pick me up and put me in jail. But, since I had no prior history of not paying my taxes, that he would transfer me to the "assignment" officer to speak with me.

Our call was dropped,I tried calling back but it just rang and didn't go to voice mail. Then a man who said he was David William,of the US Treasury dept head,Fed ID #11498, called me back and began to threaten me for nonpayment and began making demands for immediate payment via purchasing a "tax pay voucher" in which I would could get from a local store...however, he would need to accompany me there...and I would need to have the "cash" to purchase it. Also, I was not to tell a third party about this (even my accountant) until it was all over. And he said once I hung up my phone, he threatened to have the police and warrant officer come to my place of work and put me in jail. (I hung up at this point.) These men all had foreign accents.
