Please I will need your help......I thought that the amount was $40.00 a month and $239.00 was debited to my account...i immediately CANCELLED my membership as soon as it was done because I'd like full membership at 40.00 a month I can afford but not the full $239.00 all at once. I need the support office to check that the $239.99 will be reversed as I cancelled my membership immediately when the $239.00 can up at the end of the transaction. I'm sorry but its just too expensive at $239.00 all at once for me. I really enjoy going on the sight but im on a Disability Pension and cannot afford that sort of money. Would someone please look into my account and make sure the reversal is done in my bank account for the $239.00 Please.....Would you please send me advise when this transaction is carried out for me to check that I get my money returned.Thank You Kathryn

Dear Louise.....My payment of $239.00 was reversed in PayPal....I am not able to pay $239.00. I truly believed from your misleading advertisement that I as signing up for $40.00 a Month....which I am quite happy to do. I CANNOT PAY THE $239.00. I'm on a pension and dont ever have a bulk amount like that.
I have been in touch with the Onbudsman and ACCC regarding this situation. Both parties have my lodgement of complaint about this situation.
I found the add to be very misleading.....very misleading.....thats why I reverse it out.
Both parties have requested I contact you regarding this situation to come to a mutual resolution to it.......before I take the matter further.
I am going to lodge a formal complaint about your web site and the way I was responded too by yourself. I truly believed I was signing up for $40.00 a month that I could afford.
I now DONT EVEN WANT MEMBERSHIP with your site because of the way you have mislead me. And I will take the matter further through the Court system. As I truly believe you are misleading in the advert you have to rejoin membership.
I would like you to reply with some sort of resolution asap.
If you're not prepared to CANCELL my MEMBERSHIP TOTALLY....I will proceed with my Small Claims complaint immediately.

Louise....I noticed that Support sent me a message at 2.20am. when it CLEARLY says that support isnt available at all. Only office hours.
Its funny how you can bend the rules set out too.... to suit you.
I would like this payment cancelled totally and my membership also to be CANCELLED. Due to the way you responded to me about the few messages I sent to advise members I had CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP....and wouldnt be available. If you need $40.00 payment for the FEW MESSAGES I SENT.....then I'm happy to pay to get rid of this complaint. If we CANNOT come to a solution. I will certainly tell the QCAT people to continue with my complaint against your web site.
I think this situation is alot more that frustrating. Its MISLEADING.....THE ADD THATS POSTED IS MISLEADING TOTALLY. and needs to be bought to the attention of authorities.

I have contacted PayPal today 12/5/15 @ 2.20pm. I spoke with Andy who assured me that Pay Pal deposited $239.95 to you on the 08/04/15. You only refunded me $160.00 on the 30/04/15... to my Pay Pal Account and I have the $79.95 at the Collections Office with Pay Pal for the balance of the $239.00.
As I initially told you but email that I DID NOT HAVE FUNDS FOR $239.95..... I cannot use my Pay Pal Account at all NOW....as the NEGATIVE BALANCE needs to be cleared. I dont have that money and are paying it back to Pay Pal through an agreement.
Your actions have cause this situation.
I am not repaying another $79.95 to you for anything. I will probably take this matter back up with Small Claims Department.
Its a disgusting mess.
I have COMPLETE CONFIDENCE in Pay Pal's information that they have given me. That Global Personals Ltd was PAID $239.99 from my Pay Pal monies in my account. PayPal is out money if anyone. And I'm fixing that.

I'm not IMPRESSED that you now want a further $79.95....when you have already withheld money from my Pay Pal Account. As your actions have put my Account to the Collections with PayPal....who want the money back and to clear my NEGATIVE BALANCE ON MY ACCOUNT.
I advised I was NOT going to use this site again.
If you have any issues PLEASE CONTACT PAYPAL......they stated today 12/05/15 that Global Personals Ltd. DID RECEIVE MONIES TO THE SUM OF $239.95.
I dont appreciate any of the Customer Service you give...or your apologizes.
YOU MADE THE MESS.....YOU FIX IT.
YOU'VE DESTROYED MY PAYPAL CREDIT from these actions.

I HAVE MANY MORE COPIES OF CORRESPONDENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE NOW ASKED ME FOR A FURTHER 79.95.....I HAVE CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP ON 09/04/2015. THE COMPANY HAS SENT MY PAYPAL INTO COLLECTIONS. THEY HAVE PUT ME INTO A DREADFUL STATE.....I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK....AND NOTHING FURTHER TO DO WITH THEM.
