I received the same call from an Indian person named Nelson Smith that my computer was being hacked. I, too, was scammed into allowing them to load software. I'm in the process of wiping my compute clean of their software, cancelling the credit card charge and filing a complaint with the federal authorities (FBI) at IC3.gov.
