I recently purchased a mobile phone from Geekbuying online international English based website. As it turned out the phone is setup to only work in China so I need an exchange for an International model which is available on their website.. In the mean time they have realized their error and have removed the China only model from the site but have refused to exchange my phone stating I should have been more careful when reading the specifications.. really?? It should have been stated boldly in the initial product description.. Plus why sell a China only model in the first place.. The phone they sent me has never been used so what is the big deal in doing an exchange??? Extremely poor customer service..
