Change My Postal Address

I was in search of the United States Postal Service website in order to change my address. I looked up USPS on Google and I went to the first website that popped up because it had USPS on it. www.changemypostaladdress.com/usps

I of course assumed it was the website that was created for changing your address. I completed everything and a week later (today) I got online and saw that I had been charged $35.95. I started digging around on the website and realized they had a service fee. I immediately e-mailed the company realizing that I had used some website that RIPPED YOU OFF! I asked for a refund and they asked for the last 4 digits of my card. I said that I wanted to speak over the phone and they told me that they did not have a phone service, only online. I told them that was fine and that I was contacting the Better Business Bureau and the USPS. They quickly responded saying my card had been refunded and to expect it between 3-5 business days. I am waiting on my return and if I do not get it I am taking further action. This website is VERY deceiving and a RIP OFF! Thankfully they actually DID change my address, just charged me $40.00 to do it instead of $1.95.
