My name is Andy and against multiple threats of expressing the freedom of speech i decided to write the truth of what happened to me. This business is owned by Christopher Finn and some other lady named Karen who has made multiple threats to me. Here we go, i am currently going through a divorce and my ex has always made all of our payments and she hadnt been making my car payment and they repossesed my car. I come out to find my vehicle gone and i immediately find out what company took the vehicle. I called them and Heather tells me they took my vehicle on dollies even though my lienholder said flatbed only. The reason is because my vehicle is a 2009 Dodge Viper ACR 1 of 13 evermade. My dream car my baby and a price tag that put me behind 140,000. I attempted multiple times to speak with Chris but never was able to, instead just disrespected by Lynn, and Karen. They would proceed to ridicule me by saying i dont know what im talking about when it comes to towing i dont know how to talk to people and admit it you just couldnt make your payments. Well im a millionaire not to be a jerk they crossed the wrong path and just kept hanging up on me disrespected me unlawfully towed my vehicle threatened to not write abou them but im an american citizen and its my right of free speech, especially since its the truth. They tried lying first that it was dollied even though they told me that initially but i also had surveillance proof to support that so they quickly changed there mind. My vehicle because it sits 1" from the ground can only be transported by flatbed like when i bought it but instead they dont respect your posessions and basically drag your car away on wheels (skateboard) basically. I have now paid my reinstatement and will be going to pick up my car with escorts and police. Only because my best friend is the only certified viper technician in NE Ohio told me no way can they tow that vehicle without a flatbed. I will soon find out the damage if any what it potentially could be. Bottom line, they talk down to you, they hang up on you, they threaten you to not write negative stories about them, they insult you, poke at you for losing your car that its not there fault you cant pay the payment and so on. The point here is had i known she stopped paying my payment which i kept giving her money for i would have paid it. To go through this already and then hear there biligerant comments and everything else is unnecessary and potentially damaged my vehicle. I sacrificed so much for my dream car i want to be able to give it to my son one day and to just come out against the banks order of flatbed ONLY and do all this is so unbelievable and rude that i hope others dont have to deal with this company and i hope what i worked so hard for is not destroyed. The point is if they did it to me they will do it to anybody. Heed the warning and im even leaving my cell phone number here to answer any questions or concerns. 330-714-5300. Theres so much more and from what i found on the BBB another gentleman had his 4x4 ripped up bc they just towed it away while it was in 4 low bc they dont care about your posessions. He was holding his car parts in his hand that fell off and they still cussed him out slammed the door in his face and wouldnt even pay just for new parts not even labor associated was being asked for. This place needs to be investigated and shut down immediately!!!! I will keep you posted when i find out today what if any damage has been done. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
