I came across Bidrack.com and decided to register since they advertised FREE registration. After I registered, to my surprise, I saw that I was charged $99.00. I called the toll-free number and talked to a customer service rep who stated they could only refund me $12.00 because they have a $87 registration fee that is non-refundable. This $87non-refundable fee is not stated on their website, but is disguised as a FREE registration.

go to the ftc's link below and submit your complaint. i did. my credit card company sided with bidrack at first, but i submitted my exchange of messages with bidrack as proof that there was something wrong from the very start. i also told them that there are hundreds of complaints in scambook.com. so now i got my $99 back ;)
