This company has been deducing premiums from my bank account, and when I did a trace on the company I see that you are affiliated with Mutual of Omaha. why can you not use the name of the insurance company who is the Payee. I am certain this is not the first complaint.
I AM REQUESTING NO FURTHER DEDUCTIONS, I WANT TO BE BILLED DIRECTLY QUARTERLY.
Additionally, I have tried to resolve via phone and sat on hold with soft music, that does not do it for me. ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE!
