Ordered trial sample and my card details were used to debit £177.66 from my account. Rang phone number given 08081116028 and was told I could not get a refund but was offered only 35% of what I had paid. This leaves me and my 3 children with no money for the next two weeks,because I believed the £1.95 postage was all that would be taken and received no communication to tell me the full amount would be taken. On no correspondence is £177.66 mentioned and as a single parent on benefits I would never knowingly have agreed to such a huge amount of money for what are two tiny pots of cream. Both telephone operators were unsympathetic and abrupt when I tried to explain my situation and I'm to receive only £60 of my money back.
