1) We were offered bag inserts by Louie as part of our deal, valued at £100 + VAT
2) I posted 1000 card inserts at our cost, which your team failed to insert into exhibition bags despite the fact that I told them again to ensure it was done
3) This was not actioned, therefore we require a refund
Despite persistent emails, neither Tony Hand or Mark Linton has not bothered to find a resolution.
