Very poorly managed building. The property management keep increasing the maintenance fees and by the looks of things they are set to increase once again. When does the increase in fees stop. Do Not buy another condo from any City Place developer, property management is corrupt Im sure they are recieving some sort of kick backs from contractors while you the condo owner are paying for this. Downright wrong. Would not recommend buying in City Place as the property management are thieves and have no respect for condo owners.
