I attended a time share presentation and received a travel voucher with this company as a gift. I sent in the required deposit/tax fee in March 2014. I did not receive my travelers booking form until July after several calls and emails. I immediately sent it in via certified mail with all required documents on 7/10/14. I have NEVER received any correspondence back. They don't answer calls and they don't respond to emails. I even sent the from and documents again a second and third time via certified mail. This is a complete SCAM. In addition, I am leery as to why they needed a copy of our ID's. This makes me nervous that they have this and did not complete their side of the deal.
