I reported this unauthorized charge to my debit card on Monday, November 7, 2011. I also posted this complaint on my Facebook page. I received an email 11/8/11 from archives.com that I could get a refund if I called a phone number which they provided. I did call and today with delight, I have the amount credited back into my account. Your scambook.com website allowed me to remedy my fraudulent charge on my debit card and also gave me a favorable feeling about the archives.com site. Thank you so much for helping me.
