Was offered a free sample of Age Renew. Paid £4.95 for the postage and did not agree to any other offers. On Jan. 27th £59.95 was taken from my account and then another £29.95 was taken out on Feb. 9th. I have not received anything for my money and do not want anything, just my money back. I have recently been made redundant and I cannot afford to lose this money. I have cancelled the transaction with my bank and now they keep emailing me to set up the transaction again. I have tried several times to ring them but I am kept on hold for up to half an hour before I put the phone down. They offer email support but when you click on this it says there is no email support.At this moment in time I am hanging on the phone as I write this and have been holding on for 40 minutes. I'm disgusted by them, they are thieves.
