I entered a change of address form on what, to all appearances, seemed to be the USPS website. I consented to a $1 identity verification charge to change my address. A few days later, I was charged $39.95 by a company called "US MAIL FORWARDING." It appears that in my haste and moving exhaustion I fell victim to this fraudulent website. At no time did I consent to a $39.95 charge.
