I specifically told the representative that I did not want auto-reorder. I received/paid for my products in January. March 1st I am charged again.
I call the company (Beachbody) and tell the rep. the situation. He is able to take me off auto-reorder BUT the March order is "in route". To send it back, I will be paying for shipping charges.
I called American Express and told them of this scam. They have blocked the company from charging me any further.
I will be going to the carrier that delivers the March box and asking them how to return it since this is a scam.
