It was not clear on their website or invoice that future payments was required. I thought it was a little trial pack thus I was quite surprise that huge bottles arrived. As I didn't have time during the period to 'trial the product within the 30 days' I am not entitled to a refund. I was unaware that future payments was required and when I saw that was an payment I called them but it was too late. The product is still sitting where I opened the package.
