I purchased a "sample" of the product based on the ad for a free trial and the endorsement of Ellen Degeneres on Feb. 6. It took 10 days to arrive. I received it on Feb. 17, allowing me 3 days to try the product. I was charged 84.99 on Feb. 20th and when I tried to contact the company on Saturday, Feb. 21 I was informed that office hours are Monday through Friday. I then called on Monday, Feb. 23 to cancel my order and given the song and dance that it clearly states before you purchase online the terms and conditions (must be very small print ax I missed it). 3 days is clearly not a trail period and I feel this company is doing everything in their power to entice women to buy their product and then charge their credit card ax long as they can before they notice it. If this company truly had a legitimate product and good business practices they would've need to operate in this scandalous manner.
