I ordered a "shipping charges only" product on August 7th and received them on the 11th of August. I was billed for them 12 days later on the 23rd of August. I was promised a partial refund, but was just told that the credit card processing company is no longer in business! They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau for deceptive advertising on the internet.
