I received a phone call from a lady called Alex then she started telling me that I am few steps from getting a work permit visa then she asked me for my credit card details (the first 5 digits) then she transfered the call to a lady called amanda. She told me that your chances are big in order to work in Canada and get the citizenship then she asked me to pay 1702 us dollars, but I couldn't afford and she started telling that she donest usually do this but she is offering me a discount of 1254 us dillars. I tried to cancel but they told me we will only refund you 300 us dollars and I told them that I hold my rights but they eventually told me that we can only offer you 420 us dollars and I refused again. I spoke to the bank and they told me that you can't claim the amount because you accepted their terms and conditions which I haven't seen it, because they convinced me with their talking and persuading, is it possible that you can help me?
