After falling for the free trial using ELLEN's name in the advertisement on line I order NevalLift along with a trial order of another product suggesting they be used together on Dec. 27, 2014. Then on Feb. 9, 2015 I received a jar of NuvaLift and a "paid" bill because they stole it from my card number. They charged my card $84.87 for it. I have tried several times to call the number on the invoice. They tell me I have to call back because the are opened Monday through Friday! That is when I have called!! Finally I sent an email. I'm so upset and scared I will not get my money back. If I close that account, what will happen if they do try to credit my account? This has been an expensive mistake. But I don't want to give up.
