Shopping for a lower-priced (legitimate) copy of AutoCAD LT 2014 for home/personal use, I found through Bing a company calling itself "Software Store." The version of AutoCAD LT they offer is a download version, which they claim is "OEM" software. They take your credit card information, which authorizes you to dwnload a .EXE installation file, plus an activation file.

The download worked, but the installation file won't run. It hangs up my computer so badly that it takes a reboot to get out of the cycle.

The company's web site promises 24/7 customer support, with an image of an operator wearing a headset -- which to me implies telephone support. However, the only contact information provided is an on-line form to submit an inquiry to generate a help desk ticket. My first "help" response simply repeated the instructions I have in front of me, and ended by stating that their work hours are 2am to 10am, GMT. (That's 9pm to 5am in the eastern U.S., where I live).

The company's web site doesn't mention "software" or "store." The URL is "www.authorizationpark.com" The invoice I printed at the end of the purchase process is headed "Soft Buy LLC". It appears that this is a "name du jour" company, selling pirated software and only pretending to offer support. I'm pretty sure I've lost $200, unless my bank will reverse the charge.

Do not do business with "Software Store," "Soft Buy LLC," or "www.authorizationpark.com".
