I paid Sach Solutions for two years of service in advance. The first two times I called them (or him)they took remote control of my computer and solved some problems. A few months later I could no longer get service. They kept me on hold so long waiting for the "first available agent" that I hung up. I think the operation is a single man, and I can't understand why he is still in business.
