We accidentally sent in the form, as soon as we realized it wasn't our real yellow pages we called with no answer to tell them it was a mistake. I've been calling and emailing since July 2014 (it is now Feb 2015) with no replies or answers.

When I called and talked to the "manager" (who I was told was the legal rep not the manager) I told her I don't believe her excuses for not calling and she said "I don't give a shit, piss off" and hung up. I then called back and she called me numerous names and refused to answer any questions or tell me why I never received any calls or emails. When she said she had all the emails right there and I asked to have them sent to me right away then, she refused. She then proceeded to tell me she is taking me to collections and hung up on me.

I will not pay them, I still have no answers from them and no proper billing period or company info.
