I never approved auto renewal. After they auto renewed me once, I went to the site and confirmed that it was set to NOT auto renew. They renewed it again a second time. I immediately sent an email to dispute it. They told me I would have to submit an email confirming they had changed my status to be NON-auto renew, despite the fact that their screen showed it was already that way. I guess I was supposed to somehow know that "NOT" meant "IS." Criminals.
