This firm offered two samples for the cost of postage. On 1/12/15 two amounts, 2.50 and 2.57 were charged to my visa card. On the 1/14/15 1.95 was charged and on 1/15/15 1.95 was charged to my card. On 1/27/15 two amounts were charged,88.63 and 89.90, a total of 187.34. I only ordered the sample not any other goods and to date 2/1/15 I've not received any goods or the samples. I do not want their goods and I want my money returned. My bank says that I must contact them before I can claim non delivery of goods and be refunded via the banking system. However, at this moment I have been unable to find a contactable address or e - mail address.
