I ordered a specific chemical and was sent a different one. Mr. Duoke admitted mistake but would not reship without payment and would not give refund. I order again after Mr. Duoke convinced me the right chemical would be sent but again received the wrong chemical. Would not give refund and insisted I was sent the correct product but I had it tested and it is not what I ordered.
