Have been getting billedmonthly for unauthorized 'Membership" Complained previously and were told the membership was cancelled. Now it is appearing again, even though we changed credit card numbers.
Have to wait to receive "request refund" letter, return it, receive second letter, supplu details and return that, and then...?
