On 2/2/2013 I contacted what I thought was a Microsoft-certified repair company called Answersby PC Support. I was charged $99.99 for repairs related to crash of my Office software. The fee was for a year of service, as needed. Later in the year, an e-mail address of one of my household members was compromised. Still later (October) I received a call from Info Tech stating that they were receiving some sort of feedback that my computer was in trouble. The tech person showed me that my computer had a trojan, and he seemed to be fixing it, for $179.99. I started to receive calls again in 2014, after I had recycled that computer. Now these people call me every day, If not every other day. I have told them I do not want their service and to stop calling.
