I saw and ad on the internet to try a free trial of face cream. The only thing I was supposed to pay was $4.95 shipping charge. I understood this was to be a one time thing. I received another jar of face cream on January 19, 2015 which I did not order and did not want. Included in the package with the face cream was an invoice for $84.87. I called the number for customer service (877-759-7349) and spoke with an extremely RUDE representative. I asked her to send me a prepaid label and I would send the unopened cream back to her. She said they never send prepaid labels. She also said I had been billed another $84.87. So the total now is $84.87 + $84.87 + $4.95 = $174.69. Every time I tried to speak she would talk over me and not listen to what I was saying. She said when I ordered the free sample I should have cancelled the plan if I didn't want it. I didn't know I was supposed to cancel since I didn't know I had the plan. I paid what I agree to pay and will not pay for anything else. If you can help in any way with this SCAM please do so.
