Juveneu and Pure Collagen

Juveneu didnt even send free trial. However took money off my credit card - $84.71 after EXACTLY 2 week free trial period finished. Then they sent a product 3 weeks later. Pure Collagen sent samples 3 weeks after ordering, how can you trial something in a 14 day period if you dont even have it????????????? Then they also took $103.94 off credit card. A week later 2 products arrived from Pure Collagen.
These people know full well what they are doing, sending samples or not even in my case, that take longer than 2 weeks to get to people and then taking money off credit cards. HOW RUDE!!!!! Up hold your side of the deal JUVENEU and PURE COLLAGEN and send samples in trial period!!!!!!!!!! Then people can make an informed decision!!!!!!
