I bid on auction and I'm now thinking I was bidding on the ipad the teenager won! Lost out and did the Buy Now. It has been almost 36 hours and the instant chat isn't there. I've used a credit card and am wondering whether to cancel the payment. Have sent 4 emails but what about the promised 24/7 service???

I just want the service they promise and the transparency on what is happening with the order - I also want to chose the colour of the item but where does that get to happen??

Getting frustrated - also the site went down so many times for "maintenance" seems a bit key stone cops!

    We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Yesterday was really a one off day where we had to put the site under maintenance more than once and apologize for it.     Check out ticket #73625 - won't this give you all the info including a reply email. What is getdealfun.com? Another facebook link but sure looks like a different version of the same thing. Makes me very unsure about all of this. Site crashing, etc. Mostly the loss of communication and NO LIVE CHAT as promised doesn't sit well.

    I finally received a reply and now my credit card has been debited - but NO tracking number!! I have asked transit time and requested the goods arrive no later than Wed 16 November. You didn't answer what getdealfun.com was?? Also I have been a member maybe on two weeks and your site has gone down more than 4 times for maintenance, so things aren't quite just a one off with system failures??

    The promise on the website of 24/7 instant chat isn't there either. Where is instant chat? This hasn't been operating for days!!

    Thank you for your revert. I can assure you your account is being handled a very senior executive as of now. We understand three of your products are pending and you have been sent a detailed email about it. The iPhone has already been shipped and the tracking details are in your email. We were ready to ship the camera and laptop by tomorrow but I believe you have canceled them. Your amount has been refunded and it will show in your statement in the next 5 - 7 business days.

    I'm sorry we are not aware of getdealfun.com. When I try to open that site it does not load.

    We acknowledge the site has gone down and all 4 times within this week itself. We have been undergoing some major maintenance and can assure you this is a one time thing. You will not see this happening again.

    We are available 24 / 7 on email, and have a dedicated customer service to answer your queries day or night. The chat facility is not live yet.

    Again, we apologize for the inconvenience faced and hope

    How things can go from somewhere near "ok" to bad. Actually I have one product on order. No idea of delivery, no AWB/track details, time ticking on and patience going lower. Your response makes me think the system is actually truly melting down. I had my account closed in the short time I was with you based on your staff making a mistake with another account! I was in the middle of an auction at the time. I didn't mention that bit did I?

    So here I am - money sent - no service. You should ONLY debit card when item leaving warehouse. Online 101. Chris, Steven, Ian whoever you are - this is highly unusual.

    Look forward to receiving more info - than the second email you "auto-sent" and I attach below. Round number 2: repeating, repeating....

    I completely apologize for this, it was my oversight. Yes, you have one product in order and it is currently processing. I'm not sure why you mention about time running out as it was just placed on the 8th. Our team is handling your case on priority and is working to get you the tracking details as soon as possible. Please note, however, under normal circumstances the product could take up to two weeks for delivery.

    As promised earlier, we are being completely transparent with our process and details. Kindly understand we receive many orders everyday and they are all processed through a system. Thus, it is not possible to ship the items as soon as we receive the order. We do request for and appreciate your patience.

    Kindly also allow me to clarify that we do debit your account on the confirmation of a purchase. This is the standard industry practise for all online transactions.

    Another 72 hours has transpired - so what is the update? Please confirm tracking number and also that the cover will travel with the ipad2??

    What in real time does "fast tracking" offer in regards to time?

    When exactly will goods leave?

    Please advise. Again all info on ticket # 73625.

    And as a matter of fact: I repeated your first email BECAUSE it came through twice!!

    Await your answer regarding actual timing of this order. On that clear and concise advice I will make decision to wait or cancel for full refund.

    As of now there is no further update to the shipment as it was a weekend. We hope to have an update for you soon. Kindly note: goods may take between 5 - 15 days for delivery. However, our senior executive is looking into your order specifically and he will have an answer for you on your email shortly.

    Please note: your order was placed on Nov 8th and as of today there has been only 3 working days to process your order.
