Received an unsolicited call about increasing our site rank. Told him five times we weren't interested and the rep kept getting snippier, more condescending, and downright rude as the call persisted and then remarked on our "professionalism." I wanted to remark on the rep's "professionalism" of talking down to his potential clients but was so angry that I just let the call go because I didn't want to talk to him anymore.
