I have power of attorney for my sister-in-law and looked at her bank account. Platinum has been deducting $14.00 from her bank for I don't know how long and I have tried to contact them to see what their services are.I will be going to the bank tomorrow to put a stop on their draining her account and I will also go to the BBB to see what they suggest.
