I ordered a Michael Kors bag and I received it about 3 weeks later. The gold hardware on the bag where the handles go through was loose on both sides of the bag. I emailed and sent pictures to customer service and I was literally told it's no big deal and that I could take the bag to my local repair shop and get it repaired myself because shipping would cost too much to send it back. They would not pay for me to return the bag or refund my money. Please do not shop on this site!
