I ordered luggage from an online store, they wanted my photo ID to show them I am a "real customer". I refused because that instantly made me think this was a fraud scam. Then they said they would not ship to me in that case so I requested a refund. This email came said it was declaration of refund through Moneybrace. I have not ever received the refund and the links and email address that was provided in the email of the refund declaration do not work. i went on to the website and neither of the email addresses provided on there work either. Unable to contact Moneybrace to get a refund and the seller only replied that its my bank and its on that end.
