Fell for free trial agreeing to pay postage ... Then immediately cancelled as order confirmation told me they'd registered me for subscription of product for which they'd bill my card unless I cancelled. Followed up with email to confirm cancellation but was told by return I couldn't as the subscription product sent out at same time as free sample. I could cancel and they would reimburse me if I returned goods (tracked, at my expense from uk to USA!) I then asked to cancel all of it including free trial, was told that was impossible as my order had already been dispatched (clever given all of above had happened within an hour of pressing go for the free trial. I cancelled credit card so no more money can be taken, and IF goods turn up, I will not accept the package as I have cancelled it.
