Very persistant when the rep from UTH called.He used Microsoft wording which made me believe him.This rep wouldn't take NO for an answer. He got me to purchase this service for $122.22.He wouldn't log out from my computer.I was afraid that he would crash the entire system. I did call them on a few ocassions for computer assistance,which they fixed for me.The last time I was in contact with UTH they told me my computer was HACKED and wanted to sell me protection from hackers. I refused and later checked with NORTON tech and they said my computer was not hacked. I am now seeing other complaints about this company. I will have to purchase a new mother board to rid the computer from UTH.
