I bought a promo bottle for $4.98 on 12/30/14. Today I noticed a charge of $89.92 is coming from my account. I called to question the charge and they indicated I accepted their terms and conditions and therefore cannot get a refund. I did not see any terms and conditions and had I read anything resembling a future charge of that amount I would not have ordered it. My bank is falling for the scam only because they were on the phone at the time Pure Garcinia indicated I accepted the terms and conditions. They also made a comment that once payment is rec'd they cannot refund. However, my account still had the payment as pending. My bank still didnt budge. I am transferring my money out of this bank !!!
