Letter from CABV, Miami, FL, states if I forwarded $20,
via check, money order, or cash, I would receive an award up to $1,130,492.33 US dollars. The deadline to respond was 14 days. The notice does not provide a telephone or other means to contact CAB. I wanted to trick purveyors of this scam by establishing a contractual relationship. This would allow me to sue the company for breach of contract.
