DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! I too was duped by this company. I received the "trial" jars ($4.95), and before I used the product I was charged $99.90 even though I returned the product according to the agreement (both jars, one unopened) they received product on Dec. 22nd and as of Jan. 9th have not received credit. They tell me they are "running behind" on crediting accounts, I believe they are just keeping the money.
I have no difficulty reaching their call center and speaking with a rep but I get no satisfaction as to when this credit will be issued to my credit card account..forstalling or keeping this credit. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office and will pursue this with the credit card company.
DO NOT GET DUPED..the "trial" period is dated from the date you request the product, not when it is received, another way this company falsely advertises its product. BEWARE!
