I am trying to get a new bank account verified and my old one cancelled. After uploading the documents i havent recieved a notification OF ANY type no positive nor negative. After calling somehow an "online agent" who was very friendly but useless being busy to try to shut me up with scripted prepared "angry client troubleshoot guide" style answers demanding on papers what for spanish burocratics are impossible to get. After nearly throwing my laptop against the wall (i know its not my laptops fault) decided to write them via Facebook and what a surprise THEY RESPONDED!!! - of course automatic response as usual >

i tried to make the "person responding" if it wasnt a robot to explain that i filed 3!!! unanswered support tickets and the brilliant suggestion was "to look again, did u check correctly?" - yes i did. and if theres nothing theres nothing. an authentinc pain in the ass this company. if they would take care about their customers same as their facebook account this section on this website for sure wont exist. How do they want to handle clients money if they fuck up the easiest admin tasks????

  • We have reviewed this complaint and can confirm that this members bank account has since been verified. Proper documentation was not received in their first submission. Upon receiving the correct documents the bank account was verified within the normal 5 business day time frame.
