I have not used pennytalk since 2011. Suddenly my credit card was charged 25.00. I have disputed this with citibank and have hadno luck reaching anyone on their customer service line. I also was unable to remove informatiion with my credit card from their. They appear to be charging people 25.00 at a time, hoping not to get caught
