I ordered a top up of 36.46 Euros paid via Paypal. After about 10 minutes they sent me an email telling me that they could not complete my transaction. But they kept my payment and never refunded me. The paypal transaction ID is: 3B6280128G2828902.
When I contact them, they say me to contact Digicel and Digicel never responded. I opened a Paypal claim, but still nothing. They seem to try to steal my money. BE AWARE OF EZETOP!!!
