Hi, I ordered two bottle of "free samples" for RVTL Anti Aging cream and Equinox. I agree to pay the postage of £4.95 and £3. And they charged me on 8th of December 2014. Then, the products arrived on 15th of December. Then on 22nd of December I found out that they took £95 and £89 from my bank account.

When they sent the samples, they did not send me any emails or paper works except return form, which does not mention anything about subscriptions. But when I called them today (23rd of December) they said I enrolled this subscription. However, the return form says "Refund requests received after days from delivery will not accepted." But since it is Christmas time, it may not arrive in time and I am a bit worried.

The company names concerned seem to be Sheridan Labs, Phoenix Labs, JEM Marketing of Cranleigh and Surry Beaty Ltd.

How can I get back my £95 and £85?

Yours sincerely,
Michiyo Kato
