Turned out that the "Free" grocery coupons were membership-linked to 3 companies in which one had to remain a member in order to receive the "Free" grocery coupons. By requesting the "Free" grocery coupons I inadvertently became a member in 3 companies which were: 1. LeisurePlus 2. Free Shipping & 3. Savings to Go at an initial cost of $19.95 + $14.95/month for as long as one remained a "member". Therefore, no "Free" grocery coupons! HA! My disappointment was also with KMPS radio station & their advertising of the "opportunity" that turned out to be far less than advertised. I wonder if anyone from KMPS signed up? Just another valuable reminder of promotional scams even at my favored KMPS!
A packet of information arrived: LeisurePlus, LeisurePlus Coupon Exchange Club & Rebate Processing, Monumental Life Insurance Co., 4 Grocery Rebate vouchers of $25/ea but "you must be a paying member at the time of the date on the receipt & redemption"; Savings2Go dining, etc.
After examining all of the materials & the website of AdvancedGrocerySavers I realized this was not as was advertised. In my opinion, our local Seattle grocery stores, their coupons, plus other resources such as, Groupon, Living Social, Amazon etc. provide deals that this morass did not.
I have disputed the charge. We shall see what happens.
