Ordered button snaps, received email confirmation on 11/18/14 advising will receive email when shipped. On 12/6/14 emailed for order status, no response. Today, 12/20/14, called customer service at 888-303-8586 no answer. Luckily my order was not much money, but I have been unable to find this item anywhere else.
